At VedSutraa, we aim to provide sincere, structured, and personalized consultation services. Since our services involve time, analysis, preparation, and professional effort, refunds are handled under the following policy.
After analysis has started
Once a consultation is booked and analysis work has started, the payment is generally non-refundable.
Cancellation before analysis
If a client cancels before any analysis, report preparation, or consultation work has started, VedSutraa may consider rescheduling the consultation or providing a partial/full refund at its discretion.
After consultation delivery
No refund will be provided after the consultation has been completed, the report has been delivered, or personalized analysis has been shared.
Service interruption
If VedSutraa is unable to provide the booked service due to unavoidable reasons, the client may be offered a rescheduled consultation or a refund.
Incorrect information
Refunds are not applicable in cases where the client provides incorrect birth details, property details, mobile number, name, or other relevant information after the analysis has already been prepared.
Disagreement with guidance
Refunds are not provided merely because the client disagrees with the guidance, prediction, interpretation, recommendation, or outcome.
Digital reports and personalized content
For digital reports, customized analysis, recorded guidance, written remedies, or personalized recommendations, refunds are not applicable once work has started or content has been delivered.
Refund processing
Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable time.
